I am a first-year PhD student in Management at CUHK Business School.

My research seeks to understand how companies can foster and maintain long-term knowledge-based innovation, what forces (such as cognitive networks, knowledge search, and knowledge recombination) bring underlying opportunities through which advances may deliver, and which strategies are effective for companies to derive competitive advantages from their knowledge assets (technology, human capital, and social capital).

I use a variety of methods including causal inference, network analysis, online survey experiments, and machine learning.
